Academic Agreement: This document is completed in three phases: before the exchange, during your stay, and after your return. It must be signed by your institution, International House Madrid, and you.
4. When will I receive the funds?
Generally, the grant funds are paid during your stay or immediately after the program ends. Therefore, you will initially have to cover your travel costs yourself. The funds will then be transferred through the Erasmus+ agency in your country.
