At INTERNATIONAL HOUSE MADRID, we constantly strive to improve the quality of our services and the products we provide. Student support is fundamental to our development and growth.

Therefore, INTERNATIONAL HOUSE MADRID has a quality, environmental, and information security management system that complies with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001 standards.

This system reflects our commitment to quality, the environment, and information security. We want this commitment to extend to the companies that collaborate with us. To this end, we regularly evaluate the performance of suppliers that directly impact our processes and services, and we certify them to demonstrate compliance with our requirements and commitment to quality, the environment, and information security, especially regarding the processing of personal data.

Among other evaluation criteria, we value certified management systems, security measures to protect our data and that of our students, and incident management mechanisms.

A good relationship with our suppliers is key to our success. Likewise, our management system requires us to evaluate and report our environmental aspects annually to control those that are significant.

The ISO standard considers any change to the environment, whether beneficial or not, caused by the company’s activities to be an environmental impact.

Environmental aspects are the agents that generate the impact, such as water and electricity consumption, waste such as paper and cardboard, etc.

The last environmental aspects assessment carried out at INTERNATIONAL HOUSE MADRID was in March 2023. The result is as follows:

«There are no significant environmental aspects. The assessment of environmental impacts is based on criteria of nature, magnitude, and hazard. This assessment is carried out annually.» At INTERNATIONAL HOUSE MADRID, our commitment to improving the quality of our services and products is unwavering.
